Please note that results vary for every client depending on their personal credit history, level of participation, and responsiveness of the credit bureaus and creditors. Our services are designed to educate, guide, and support you throughout your credit improvement journey.
MET Financial Solutions operates in full compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1679–1679j).
Under this law:
You have the right to cancel your contract within three (3) business days of signing without penalty or obligation.
We will not charge or collect any payment until services have been performed as stated in your client agreement.
We will never make false or misleading claims about our services or your credit.
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency, integrity, and compliance in all that we do.
While our team works diligently to assist you in improving your credit profile, we cannot guarantee specific results, such as a certain increase in your credit score or the removal of accurate, verified, or current information from your credit report.
Credit repair results depend on many factors, including your individual credit history, creditor cooperation, and the accuracy of the information being reported. Our role is to assist and support — the final decision always rests with the credit bureaus and data furnishers.
All payments are due as outlined in your Client Agreement. Payment plans and service fees are discussed in advance during enrollment, and you will not be charged until services are rendered as required by law.
If you wish to cancel your service at any time, you may do so by sending an email to info@metfinancialsolutions.com.
Upon cancellation, no additional charges will be applied, and you will retain access to any completed reports or documents prepared before your cancellation.

To help ensure the success of your credit repair process, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and current information required to process disputes.
Submit copies of requested identification documents (photo ID, proof of address, and Social Security Number) to verify your identity.
Review your credit reports regularly and communicate any updates or responses from the credit bureaus.
Failure to cooperate or provide the necessary documentation may delay or limit the effectiveness of our services.
Your privacy is extremely important to us. All information you share is handled with strict confidentiality and used only to provide credit repair and financial consulting services.
We follow secure data management practices and comply with all relevant privacy and consumer protection laws.

We are not responsible for actions taken by credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies in response to disputes submitted on your behalf.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
By using our website and services, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas for any disputes arising from these Terms.
